יקב הרוא"ה הינו יקב בוטיק הממוקם בכפר הרוא"ה שבעמק חפר. מידי שנה היקב בוחר חלקות ענבים מובחרות מרחבי הארץ על מנת להשיג את מיטב הענבים מהזנים שבהם משתמש היקב.

בערב שיוקדש כולו ליקב ייחודי זה יציג וישיק אהוד קווה, יינן היקב את בציר תשע"ו (2016).

היינות שנטעם הם-

1.קברנה סוביניון /מרלו מכרמי דישון ודלתון - יין קלאסי בעל גוף בינוני וחומציות נעימה.

2. בלנד "נחל אלכסנדר" - נעשה בשנה זו מפטי ורדו עם קברנה ,מרלו ומעט מרסלאן ופטיט סירה .היין תסס מאלולקטית והתיישן במיכל נירוסטה ולקראת הבקבוק נוספה אליו חבית מרלו שהתיישן 14 חודשים בחבית.
המרלו מהחבית הוסיף גוף ומורכבות ליין והתקבל בלנד נהדר לכל מאכל.

3. מרסלאן ,כרם דלתון -
נעשו 2 חביות בלבד מיין זה .
יין עשיר ומורכב נהדר עם מנות בשר וארוחות טובות בכלל.

4. פטי ורדו 50% פטיט סירה 50% ( מכפר שמאי ודלתון )-
יין עשיר וכבד עם טעמי פירות יער מתאים לארוחות בשריות עשירות.

בנוסף יוטעמו ממבחר יינות היקב מבציר תשע"ד (שיראז /מרלו/קברנה סוביניון /פטי ורדו אולי) ואולי גם הפתעה מארכיון היקב !?‎

Haroe Winery is a boutique winery located in Kfar Haroe in the Hefer valley. Every year the winery chooses different grapes from various vineyards from around Israel in order to poduce the highest and best wine possible.

In an evening dedicated to this unique winery the winemaker will present the new 2016 variety.

Wine menu-

1. Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot from Dishon and Dalton vineyards- classic wine with average body and pleasent acidity.

2. "Alexander" blend- produced from Petit Verdo with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a bit of Marselan and Petit Syrah- the wine was aged in metal containers and before bottling a barrel of Merlot wine was added. The Merlot adds body and sophosticated tastes to the wine and a delicious blend is made.

3. Marselan, Dalton vineyard- only 2 barrels were made of this wine- a rich wine, goes great with meat meals.

4. 50% Petit Verdo, 50% Petit Syrah- rich and heavy wine, full of fruit flavors.

In addition some 2014 wines will be tasted and possibly also a surprise from the winery's cellar!

The evening will be hosted by Ehud Kave the winemaker.
